About Us
This is not an attempt in blackening MTN.
The goal of this website is to attract attention from someone in a position of
influence at MTN, in the hope that they realise their lack of customer service
is having a serious impact on their clients. Communication is fundamental. If
the organisation providing the ability to communicate fails, in turn, so does
the individual that is so reliant of this communication.
My experience with MTN is not unique. This website is an attempt at exposing all
the newspaper articles, websites and blogs found on the internet dealing with
similar issues. |

About this site
The decision to create this website was a relatively easy one. Over
the past few years I have had many bad encounters with MTN and have now decided
to take action. The purpose of this website is twofold. Firstly, to assist the
public in the selection of a cellular service provider and secondly to allow
others who have had similar experiences the opportunity to 'Speak Out'.
This website is broken down into three sections as listed below.
Comments
The Comments section allows you to browse posts submitted by people who
have had less than satisfactory service from MTN or any of their subsidiaries.
You are also able to submit a post of your own and ‘Speak Out’ against the
quality of service you may have experienced with MTN.
Stores
The Stores section is very much similar to the comments section with
only one difference. Here you have the ability to create a submission page
pertaining to the MTN outlet of your choice. Other people can then enter your
newly created page or an already existing page and add their own comments about
experiences they may have also experienced at that particular MTN outlet.
External Links
The External Links section is an archive of stories, blogs and news
articles that pertain to some of the negative publicity MTN has drawn to itself.
If you are aware of any links to sites that the general public would be
interested in, or should be made aware of, you can submit the website to me and
I will gladly add the link to this section.
No registration is required, making it easy for you to voice your
opinions and share your encounters with the rest of the world.
